A structured exchange platform was needed to manage internships for our offshore client in India. The solution required features for application tracking, collaboration, goal setting, and reporting, with separate accounts for interns, providers, supervisors, and management.

3. What We Did

  • Internship Management System: Developed a web-based platform to host and manage internships with an admin panel for collaboration.
  • Tracking and Feedback: Built tracking tools for setting and monitoring internship goals, with integrated feedback mechanisms.
  • MIS/Reporting: Designed a robust MIS system for analytical reports, enabling data-driven insights into internship performance.
