Our Client who is into Polymers & Plastics required a B2B application to manage their end-to-end product lifecycle, including manufacturing, inventory, sales orders, logistics, and distribution. The solution needed to provide real-time reporting and role-based user management.

3. What We Did

  • Lifecycle Management: Developed a system to track the product journey from manufacturing to distribution.
  • Order Management: Enabled order approvals and dispatch queues via the admin portal.
  • Logistics Integration: Implemented features to manage and optimize logistics operations.
  • Real-Time Reporting: Built a reporting system with email and SMS notifications for better decision-making.
